European Sex Workers’ Rights Alliance (ESWA) | March 2024 – Present

• Managing all of the organisation's communications and campaigning activities.

• Developing communications strategies, style guides, visual identity.

• Expanding the organisation’s cultural impact, developing new projects and applying for funding.

• Increasing community engagement with participatory creative advocacy projects.

• Day-to-day management of ESWA channels: website, social media, newsletter, listserv.

• Planning and managing multiple-output campaigns, including coordination with contributors, designers, and translators, and adapting the messages to different audiences.

• Contributing to the movement’s narrative strategy in collaboration with major partners and allies, including The Global Network of Sex Work Projects, International Planned Parenthood Federation, The Platform for International Cooperation on Undocumented Migrants (PICUM).
