Hi, my name is Wszebor and I'm a creative activist working with video, music, art and storytelling to advance human rights.
I use my expertise in design, art and media production, to create communications strategies, brand guidelines,
and content production workflows.
My clients include civil society organisations, non-profits, and socially engaged businesses that want to work more impactfully, sustainably, and ethically.
As a migrant trans man, I've experienced my share of discrimination. I'm dedicated to social justice work, particularly helping marginalised communities tell our own stories, in our own voices, on our own terms.
I am currently working as Director of Communications and Campaigns at the European Sex Workers' Rights Alliance (ESWA) and as Media and Communications Officer at the Sex Workers' Advocacy Network (SWAN).
Here's what I can do for you:
🟢 Communications plan that works.
Cookie cutter advice rarely fits social justice initiatives. You need an approach that makes sense in your context (yes, including budget and capacity constraints). I do this for free for projects that operate without access to wealth - contact me!
🔵 Rebrand and visual identity that capture your spirit.
The work you do is beautiful. Your visuals should be too. A consciously chosen aesthetic will help you connect with the exact people you need to reach.
🟡 Speak at your event, and film it too.
With my background in theatre and performance, as well as filmmaking and media arts, I document conferences, gathering and protests - while also performing or presenting as a panelist.
🟢 Teach your communications team how to do it themselves.
I support and coach communications professionals, with a focus on communications sustainability, strategy, and pragmatism. Together we set priorities and optimize workflows for the best possible results within time and resource constraints.
